The Savills Los Angeles offices stand as a forward-looking statement on the future of workplace design. Located in Century City, the project reimagines the

commercial office as a place of belonging, personality, and distinctly Los Angeles

character.

The brief was clear: create a space that fosters community, connection, and

culture. With Savills consolidating two Los Angeles offices into a single centralized

hub, the design needed to reflect the firm’s collaborative ethos while embracing

its position at the center of LA’s cultural landscape.

FORMM approached the project through a residential and hospitality lens,

layering moody, luxurious materials with bold artwork and carefully framed

moments throughout the space. The result is an environment that feels warm,

intentional, and unmistakably local.

At the heart of the office is a speakeasy-style gathering space, designed as a

social anchor where teams come together after hours to celebrate wins, share

stories, and build relationships. Every area of the office was thoughtfully

considered, balancing function with atmosphere to support both focused work

and informal gathering.

More than an office, the space serves as a calling card for Savills, demonstrating

to clients and partners what is possible when workplace design is guided by

clarity of vision and an emphasis on experience. The Los Angeles office now

stands as a benchmark within Savills’ global portfolio, offering a compelling vision

for the future of work that is rooted in hospitality, creativity, and human

connection.
